You can call us anytime within working hours.  We like to talk about keys and locks, so if you've got any questions, just dial and ask.
We don't work weekends, nor at night, or at the break of dawn, nor on holidays.
We kindly ask you not to call us after business hours, especially not on the weekends if it's not an emergency issue. 

Just like you, we are ordinary people. After work, we take our time to rest and recreate, watch football games, nurture our children.  On weekends  we go to church, go to the beach,  when the sun is shining, go out with our friends, sometimes get drunk and try not to think about our jobs. 

So if your key or lock case is a matter of life and death, and if you can't wait, of course you can call us. We will be more than happy to get out of bed or the bathtub to answer the phone.  Bare in mind that during off hours, we can only help you with advice, nothing more. We don't copy keys at night.
